ALUNDAY BULL TERRIERS

ABOUT US

Luke first started in Bull Terriers in 2000, with the purchase of his first bitch, Awwalia Sweet Trouble, aka Spyder. Luke showed Spyder to her Australian Championship with success and attained the All Breeds Point Score  for the Bull Terrier Club of Queensland in 2001. Luke bred his first litter in 2002 from Spyder. Spyder is now de-sexed and live with us as a pet.

When married in 2004, Tanya purchased a puppy for Luke as wedding present. Another bitch this time from Rijiaca Kennels in Sydney, her name is Rijiaca Ice Queen, aka Nitro.  Nitro was shown to her Australian Championship. Nitro is now de-sexed and lives in the house as another human, sleeps in bed and loves driving in the car on the passenger seat.

Most of the dogs here at Alunday kennels  are descendants of these two bitches.

Alunday Kennels most successful  dog is CH. Alunday Hoodlum ROM,  he has 42 ROM points to his name with 7 Best In Show wins to date. He is true comedian with the most amazing temperament. One of the easiest dogs to live with, a true gentleman.

Hoodlum’s litter sisters, Alunday Honky Tonk ROM (Tonka) and Alunday Hocus Pocus ROM (Elsie) have both attained their Recognition Of Merit through The National Bull Terrier Council Of Australia, 3 pups from the one litter is something special. Alunday Hocus Pocus ROM is owned by Andrew and Carol Hughes.

All Alunday breeding stock is hereditary disease tested at The Veterinary Specialists Centre, and all our puppies are BAER tested at approx 6 weeks of age  at the University of Queensland.  Health is an extremely import fact when breeding and we will not breed with an animal that is not clear of the 5 known diseases.
